Hotel Option 1 — Best Western La Posada Motel
How to book: call 805-524-0440, ask for Lori Palmer, and give the group name "the Idyllic Family Reunion." Do NOT book online — call directly so your reservation falls under the discounted group rate.
Group rate: $120–$151/night depending on room type (single queen, king, or two beds)

Camping Option 1 — Tent Camping & RV Hookups at Kenny Grove Park
For tent camping & RV hookups, Kenny Grove Park is a beautiful option right in Fillmore. It fits up to 60 tent or RV sites, and September nights are mild (lows in the 50s, highs in the 80s).
